Britney Banned From Driving With Sean & Jayden

Written by admin. Posted in Custody Battle, Jayden James, Sean Preston

After being told that Britney Spears ran a red light with her young sons in the car, a judge ruled Friday that the pop star may no longer drive with the children, TMZ.com reports.

The sealed order came after a 90-minute hearing with lawyers for Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Attorneys declined comment on the reported ruling after the hearing.

“Orders were made. … I can’t discuss the content of those orders,” says Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. “Documents have not been released by the court, and I don’t know if they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date.”

Spears’s lawyer Anne Kiley told reporters afterwards that everything “was great.”

At the request of Federline’s attorney, Shane Partridge, the photographer who filmed subpeoned video of Spears’s allegedly running a red light on Nov. 8 was also present, but he did not participate in the hearing.

“The tape of Britney running the red light was not viewed today, but it was a major point of the hearing,” the source tells PEOPLE. “Britney’s lawyers brought in an expert who argued that, for whatever reason, Britney could have made the turn through the red light.”

"Piece Of Me" Video Shoot Pushed Back To Next Week?

Written by admin. Posted in Comeback, Rumours

As her hand-picked group of dancers and choreographers gathered in a Los Angeles studio Wednesday to begin rehearsals for Britney Spears‘ latest video shoot, the troupe was hit with some unpleasant news — the beleaguered pop star has shelved the production.

The reason given for the abrupt change in plans? Brit’s reportedly failed drug test — which rumors on the Internet have chalked up to everything from asthma medication to amphetamines — and her scheduled date in court this Friday, when the video, for her single “Piece of Me,” had been scheduled to be filmed.

Almost as if they had seen into the future, the video’s production team had been preparing for Brit’s absence from rehearsals, seeking out a body double to stand in for the troubled singer during rehearsals — and possibly during portions of the actual shoot itself. However, it appears that even these precautions weren’t enough to keep the video moving forward.

But a source inside Britney’s camp is telling OK! a different story about the cancellation. “The video’s producer was involved in an accident and is not able to film on Friday,” explains a friend of the singer. “They rescheduled it for next week. It’s strictly the production company’s fault and they are paying to compensate for lost time.”

Rumour: Britney To Shoot "Piece Of Me" Video Tomorrow

Written by admin. Posted in Comeback

OK! has learned that Britney Spears and her team of choreographers are in the final stages of preparation to shoot the video for her single “Piece of Me.”

“She’s picked the dancers, who are meeting with the choreographers Wednesday night to rehearse,”
a source close to the shoot reveals exclusively to OK!.

And part of getting everything ready for Friday’s shoot at an as-yet-undisclosed location is preparing for the worst-case scenario. “Choreographers are busy finding a body double to dance Britney’s part for rehearsal,” says the source. “And the body double may very well also be the stand-in on the shoot itself if Brit doesn’t show on Friday!”

Friday is also a big day for Britney on the custody front, as lawyers for the singer and her ex-hubby are due back in court for another round of legal wrangling in the ongoing custody war over sons Sean Preston, 2, and 1-year-old Jayden James.

Britney Gives Heidi Klum Baby Advice

Written by admin. Posted in Custody Battle, Personal Issues

Mother of the Year, she’s not.

But apparently Britney Spears knows a thing or two when it comes to diaper duty.

In an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Tuesday, Project Runway hostess Heidi Klum said Spears taught her the proper way to put on a diaper.

Klum, 34, got the tips after Spears showed up uninvited to her Halloween bash at L.A.’s Green Door lounge.

“We were talking about babies and diapers and she explained to me a lot of things about diapers I that didn’t know,” Klum told DeGeneres.

“You know these sticky things on the side? I never knew that they were there. To close them in the front, I was always putting string around. I had no idea,” Klum said.

“It’s very clever,” she added. “I learned a lot of things.”
