Britney’s new fragrance, the sequel to Curious and Fantasy, is supposedly being released over the next couple of months in the USA in time for the Christmas period.

Not much else is known yet but I’ll keep you posted!

Britney’s beauty line, Britney Spears Beauty, will be sponsoring ITV2’s autumn programming, including popular US show Entourage.

Adverts for the shows have started airing on UK TV channels ITV1 and ITV2, with the Britney Spears Beauty logo making an appearance.

Just to let you know: there isn’t much Britney news at the moment.. I’m sure it will all pick up in September again though, when she is due to give birth!

Britney Spears & Sean Preston

The former pop princess and her firstborn are tabloid favorites thanks to her frequent missteps in front of cameras (driving with the baby on her lap, nearly dropping him while on a Manhattan shopping spree). But Britney shouldn’t expect a Shiloh-size payday for portraits of her second child, reportedly due in October–photos of second and third children rarely command as much as the first.

Last year, People magazine reportedly paid Britney Spears $500,000 for the rights to her son Sean Preston’s first photo shoot.

If you like Beyoncé’s “Ring the Alarm,” you ain’t heard nothing yet, says the track’s producer, Swizz Beatz. “That’s just one of the many presents I gave her for her B’Day,” he said. “I have the most tracks on her album as a single producer, and just wait till you hear the other three.

I’ve never heard a singer singing on tracks like this. It hasn’t been done in R&B yet, and if she can pull this off, it’s going down. We’re taking stuff to the next level.” …

Swizz promises something just as groundbreaking for the new Britney Spears album, which he’s currently working on with songwriter Sean Garrett. “That’s my partner in crime right there,” Swizz said.

“The Britney stuff, we’re creating just for her. It’s a lot of tempo, a lot of hard drums, a lot of sonic changes. It’s just something that when you hear it, you get goose bumps. She’s back for real.” …

- She can’t wait to give birth to her second child (which she doesn’t know the sex of) in September, and get back into shape as soon as she can. She said she “can’t wait to sweat” like she used to.

- Britney is planning to give birth by c-section for the second time.

- She’s been seen at the recording studio more than 4 times in 3 weeks.

- The new album is scheduled for release sometime next year.

- Sean Preston has started walking.

- Britney introduced Kevin’s debut TV performance of his single at the Teen Choice Awards on August 20th.

- Britney & Kevin have recorded 3 duets for Kevin’s album, one of which is being used on his debut CD which is being released in October.

Wow.. it seems like forever… it’s been 2 months!
