The Sun reports that Britney got severe stomach cramps during a romantic dinner with husband Kevin Federline at Moonshadows restaurant in Malibu this Wednesday.

Kevin decided to take Britney home early and so they were forced to cut their romantic dinner short.

The couple left the restaurant and Britney looked pale and was clutching her stomach.

She went home and rested, and later that day she was reportedly fine.
